Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. For a wash, you just need the car accessible. For detailing and coating, we recommend being reachable by phone in case we need to confirm anything.
How long does a wash take?
A standard Deep Clean takes 45–60 minutes. The Signature and Premium Luxe packages take about 90 minutes.
Can I get detailing done in an apartment parking?
Yes — most of our services are done in open or covered parking. Just let us know the access details when you book.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We'll make it right. Our team is trained to a high standard — if something isn't up to the mark, tell us and we'll fix it on the spot or schedule a redo.
How do I pay?
UPI, bank transfer, or cash — all accepted. Payment is made after the service is complete and you're satisfied.
Do you service all car brands?
Yes — hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, MUVs, luxury cars. If it has four wheels and paint, we take care of it.

After a wash
- Park in shade for 20–30 minutes after washing — direct sun can leave water spots on wet paint.
- Don't wipe with a regular cloth — use microfibre only, to avoid micro-scratches.
- Avoid washing during peak afternoon heat — early morning or evening gives the best results.
After ceramic or graphene coating
- Avoid washing the car for 48–72 hours after coating — let it cure fully first.
- Use pH-neutral shampoo only — harsh soaps break the coating down faster.
- A simple rinse every 2 weeks keeps the hydrophobic layer performing at its best.
- Avoid parking under trees for the first week — bird droppings and sap can affect curing.
General car care
- Wash at least once a week in Tamil Nadu — dust and heat accelerate paint oxidation.
- Clean bird droppings and tree sap immediately — they're acidic and can etch paint within hours.
- Check tyre pressure before a wash — properly inflated tyres clean better and look sharper.
- Do rubbing & polish before a coating — coating seals in whatever surface is underneath.
- Interior detailing every 2–3 months keeps your cabin smelling fresh and looking new.
