These terms apply whenever you book or use a CarGenie doorstep wash, detailing, or paint-protection service. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Our services

CarGenie provides doorstep car wash, monthly wash plans, rubbing & machine polish, and ceramic or graphene paint protection coating, carried out at your home, office, or another location you provide. Full details and prices are listed on our pricing page; prices may vary slightly by vehicle size, and our team will confirm the final price before starting work.

Booking & scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp once we've checked technician availability in your area.
• Please make sure your vehicle and a source of water/power (where needed) are accessible at the agreed time.
• If our technician is unable to make it — for example due to an emergency — we'll let you know as early as possible and offer to reschedule at the next available slot.

Cancellations & rescheduling

confirm your actual cancellation window and any fees — for example, whether cancelling with less than a few hours' notice affects a monthly plan wash or incurs a fee.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or on completion of the service, depending on the payment method offered at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

Refunds

confirm your actual refund policy — for example: if a service isn't carried out, you'll receive a full refund; if you're not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, tell us within a set number of days and we'll arrange a re-do or partial refund at our discretion.

Monthly wash plans

confirm plan validity, wash scheduling rules, and whether unused washes expire or carry over.

Your responsibilities

• Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before the service.
• Let us know about any existing damage, scratches, or paint issues before work begins.
• Make sure someone is reachable at the agreed time in case our technician needs access or has a question.

Liability

Our technicians take reasonable care with every vehicle. CarGenie is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for items left inside the vehicle that were not disclosed to us beforehand. add any further limitation-of-liability wording your business needs.

Service areas

Full wash and detailing packages are currently available in Coimbatore, Trichy, and Erode. Wash and monthly plan services are also available in Chennai, Tirupur, Madurai, and other cities as our team expands — availability is confirmed at the time of booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your city/state, e.g. Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
